After a not-so-hot experience on a Sunday, with cursing and constant loud laughing and hollering coming from the drunk at the bar, decided to give it ONE MORE TRY. Went on a Friday afternoon, NOT ONE OTHER PERSON was in the place, so we thought there would be no wait. WRONG! Overheard someone saying "Go to the store and get..."....led me to believe they shop at the Farm Fresh next door when someone orders...weird. Service-HORRIBLE, Food-good, restaurant-FILTHY. To top it off, the language coming out of the kitchen staff was deplorable. Guessing you should only go to this place if that's how you carry yourself- slow, foul-mouthed and dirty. I am giving this one star, not because the food is bad (it is actually pretty good) -but because the atmosphere sucks, and the people who work there are rude. Although the food is pretty good, it is WAAAAAYY overpriced, and when you order a sandwich for $9.95, they don't even give you fries with it, you just get a little bag of chips. If you like loud, and I mean LOUD Country music, you'll love it. Don't go there unless you are having a great day. We had struggled with our disabled daughter the night before, losing sleep because she couldn't sleep. Just because I looked stressed out (or something??) the cook accused me of giving her dirty looks, and thought I didn't like my food. No one needs to be judged when they are just sitting there trying to relax and enjoy a meal. They should put walls up around the kitchen area! ...read more
