I dont have much time to fiddle with this, But i have to voice my self. This woman and her company are the worst kind. The only one there who helped was the spanish guy. It amazes me sometimes how easy it is to be a real estate agent. This woman is so unprofessional, rude, egotistical, and ignorant when it comes to real estate. I cannot believe she actually has people willing to work with her. She does not know what she is doing when it comes to real estate transactions and is completely unrealistic in her expectations. This individual is a parasite so society, i dont know how she can be on the board of hispanics and do what she doest to them. I know of a couple who own a chain of stores here in newport news, and were living in one of her houses for 4 years well as it turns out Bank Of America came and kicked them out. her excuse I forgot to mention the house had foreclosed 1 year ago, but i'll help you buy it... i also lived in one of her properties. i understand the previouse commentator.I never had my things worked on either,so she told me to fix them.A full year later she took me to court,saying I owed her rent,when the upgrades done to the property clearly should have covered that last month;it should have returned my deposit but i guess i have to go back to for it.In court she said I dint want to resign the month to month agreement so she gave us 22 days to move out,her words exactly;the judge belived her and her so called excell spread sheet she created!But while there i whitnessed what happened to those who went on a month to month basis.There is no month to month with her.And the poor home owners have no clue their houses are crammed with 7+mexicans living their property,paying rent while she finds suitable tenants.When she finds her "suitable tenants" she evicts the mexicans with no notice.She in turn makes up reasons to keep the deposits. ...read more

Dont do it. This company hurts its tenants and the home owners alike. Do not allow her to manage your property! Renters!!! Even though no credit check sounds good, go somewhere else. If you know any hispanic people here advise them not to go or just simply ask. Nothing good comes out of there. She called immigration on 4 of her tenants after they refused to not pay the rent because they went 5 months without a properly working toilet leak that drained into their kitchen. ...read more
