I was completely washer-less with a stomach bug in the house and Apex was out quickly and got the part and returned to fix it the next business day. When something else malfunctioned and left me still stranded with no washing machine, they were back out the same day I called and got me going. Botched Repair. After Action Appliance Repair replaced my dryer's belt, pulley & roller, I ran it five times and it stopped again. They then said it was the motor and the other were unrelated.
