Don't know who the other person from PA talked to, must be one of the other "800" non florist shops that try to steal a local florist business. My wife and I have been shopping at the Flower Shop for years and the staff has always been very helpful. Yes they do not service Lake of the Woods, but they have always offered to forward to a florist that is in that area or the number to call direct. (For the record it's 20 miles one way!) This florist is outstanding!! Great customer service, polite and informative sales people. I've used them for local and out of town deliveries on several ocassions and they have always come though. What is most imporatnt they give you guidence on what to order and spend to get a quality product. They just don't take your money. ...read more

I am an out of town customer that wanted to have a birthday arrangement sent to my sister. After reviewing the site, it clearly said that the delivery to all zip codes in Spotsylvania. I called on 4/20/09 at 9:45am. When I told the girl the address she curtly told me they do not deliver there as that is 45 minutes away and too far. She said I could go to someone in Locust Grove. Well, I lived there myself, worked in Locust Grove and know exactly how far things are from one another. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESENDING AND MERELY SAID WE DO NOT DELIVER THERE AND HUNG UP.
