I thought the prices we received were fair. We ended up getting a foam Cheswick (sp.?) in a king. I always do a price comparison and the mattress was priced well. Mattress is of good quality and very comfortable. It was delivered one week later on a Saturday. I was more impressed with the delivery. Delivery called and gave me a time window of when they will arrive. I was able to monitor the delivery through a website. I could see on a map where the truck was and what stop # I was. first know what kind of deal you are getting .....I WAS CHARGED A DELIVERY PRICE on my hhgreg account for a tv that i took from the store myself.the customer service very POOR everybody wants to sell, nobody wants to help you.watch out for those who work in the booth.....UNPROFFESIONAL....trying to solve your problem over the phone is worse ...read more

We needed to replace a bed on a Sunday due to a medical emergency. Win gave us several alternatives, a fair price, 2 hour service, and helped us move the old bed to the basement.
