Deming Lawn and Landscape

5.0

By Sheilasnoote6

We bought a new house in Clifton va and the yard had been neglected along with the entire landscape. We met with Brian Deming and he took the time to explore all our thoughts and many options. He gave us honest answers even when he took away some business from him. We had the old landscape removed and he re designed the whole property. New landscape beds with walkways around all house connecting a huge patio w stairs going down to a fire pit grill area. We spent about $30k on the job which was not the lowest big and not as high as meadows or merrifield but we couldn’t be happier. We made the right choice. We had a party and some stuff got damaged by a guest and Deming asked no questions and came back to fix the patio. I researched companies and talked to many friends in the area whom recommended Deming lawn to us based on a couple friends using them for the last 20 years so we knew when we first met Brian and his sons josh and Tyler that we have a landscaper for life. ...read more

Would like to know how much you would charge to install safe remote control that you can choose or we can agree on one together for a gas fireplace? Do you offer senior citizen discounts for a unmarried retiree on Social Security? One item of note: I am not Donald Trump. I live in what used to be called Dale City but now is called "The Largest Skid Row Neighborhood in the United States" but is quickly gaining the notoriety name of "Crackers Don't Matter". Current way to turn fireplace on is by simple push button ignition. Would like to have a remote that I can control the off/on, high/low, and any other features that are available these days. Thanks for your time. If you need any questions answered just e-mail me or call me, Terry........T32856@gmail.com.......571-364-3411 ...read more

STAYING SAFE ONLINE

5 Ways to stay safe while shopping online 1. Use a credit card with online fraud protection. Many cards will return your money if you are defrauded. Contact your bank or credit card provider to determine if your card has such protections. If not, try to find one that does offer insurance for online purchases. · Credit cards are more likely to offer fraud protection than debit cards. · Some banks offer “single-use” credit card numbers. These can be used for only one purchase so that, even if your information is compromised, it can’t be used again. Ask your bank if this is an option 2. Record purchase details. After making a purchase, always record the details of the time, date, receipt number, and order confirmation. If you cannot print one off, take a screenshot as proof of purchase. 3. Check your statements regularly. When shopping online, check your credit and debit card statements frequently. Watch for suspicious charges and check charges against your records. Call your bank or credit card company immediately if you see anything suspicious. 4. Never give out excessive information. An online purchase should only require credit card information, address, and phone number. If the website is also asking for your social security number, you should be suspicious. This information can be used to steal your identity and should be unnecessary for an online purchase. 5. Only make purchases on secure websites. Do not make purchases on websites that don't have Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. To check that your website has SSL: Look for a padlock symbol in your browser address bar. A closed padlock should appear when you enter into a website with SSL. The first letters in the address bar should change from “http” to “https.” Typically this will not happen until you reach the payment stage ...read more

Organic Face Oil - How to use oils in your skin care routine

Many people are confused about how to use oils properly on the skin. When using oils topically on the face, it’s important to use and apply them correctly to get the best results. You can incorporate these oils into your daily routine easily and discover how clear, smooth and ageless your skin can appear. Oils need to be applied differently to your skin than a cream or moisturizer. Oils should be patted into the skin to ensure superior absorption of essential nutrients. Place 5-7 drops of ourOrganic Face Oilinto the palm of your hand and warm the oil by gently rubbing your palms together and then push and press onto your face and neck. If using oil for the first time always “patch test” a small area of skin first to check for any possible allergic reactions. I recommend testing on upper lip skin or under eyes; those are the most delicate areas, if you are allergic a reaction will occur within 12 hours. You can use it once to twice a day as a moisturizer and healing treatment for your skin problems. You will see benefits within 24 hours to several weeks of consistent use. Grapefruit Essential Oilis popularly known as a detoxification agent, as it helps activate your lymphatic system; rich in antioxidants, especially vitamin C and in low concentrations are vitamin A and lycopene; Cleansing the body; reducing depression; stimulating the immune system; natural arthritis treatment.   RoseEssential Oilimproves skin texture for youthful and healthy skin; excellent for acne control; beneficial for those who have sensitive skin, as it is generally safe for all skin types and does not usually cause allergic reactions; helps balance moisture levels in the skin; educes the appearance of skin imperfections; promotes an even skin tone and healthy complexion; emotionally uplifting Lavender Essential Oilhelps treat acne; aids in the treatment of eczema; Can detoxify the skin; Heals burns; A toner to boost circulation. OurOrganic Face Oilcontains only the best organic ingredients! Green Tea Extract Best For: Anti-Aging Hasan Mukhtar, PhD, a professor and the director of research in the department of dermatology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Mukhtar believes, as do others, that green tea's antioxidant property is key to its skin-protective qualities. "Of all the antioxidants known to mankind, the components of green tea are the most potent," says Mukhtar. "Antioxidants are those agents which can counteract the effects of oxidant radicals." Oxidant radicals -- or free radicals, as they are commonly called -- are byproducts of the body that can cause damage to cells and tissues. Antioxidants bind to the free radicals, deactivating them before they can cause harm. Most of the polyphenols in green tea are antioxidants by nature, have also been shown to function as anti-inflammatory and anticancer agents. Green tea has been shown to be the most effective agent against skin inflammation and cancerous changes in the skin. In their review of the scientific literature, Mukhtar and his colleagues found evidence that the compounds in green tea protected mouse skin from cancer caused by sunlight. Additionally, his team conducted a few experimental studies on human skin, and found that the polyphenols in green tea also had anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. http://www.webmd.com/beauty/skin/20000817/green-tea-could-be-good-for-your-skin-study-finds Hemp Oil Best For: Acne Hemp oil is an amazing moisturizer for acne-prone skin because it has a zero comedogenic rating – this means that it will not clog your pores and create breakouts.
