Furnace stopped working today, so I call them this morning and they tell me they're going to call me when they can come. I told them it's probably something simple as it's stopped working before. They come over, and say oh, someone has flipped the switch to turn it off when viewing your house. He flips the switch, the heat comes on and then proceeds to write me an $82.00 bill....Really? I could see like 20 or 40 bucks for gas, but $82.00??! Will avoid them at all costs in the future. ...read more

I called them on Memorial Day. They offered to be at my home that evening and I called at 4 PM. Wow! I said that it could wait until the morning and he said how about between 7 and 730. He was there on time and out by 8. He did what was needed to get me up and running on the 99 degree day. He also gave me an estimate on doing additonal service to prevent future issues with my system, which allows me to budget the work.
