This company says their goal remains 100% complete customer satisfaction. This is not true at all -- They did a job for us and it was not done to our satisfaction. We asked them to come back -- Linda Riner returned one of my phone calls three weeks later. She told me a day they would come to finish up on two occasions and they did not show up on either day. Now she is not returning my calls at all. This company is only out to make some quick cash. They don't care about any customer satisfaction. We made a huge mistake and hired them to remove our tree stumps. They were going door to door looking for business which should have been a huge "red flag". We just moved to the area and looked for a reputable dry cleaner. On our first visit I dropped off a shirt, pants and a sweater. I really did not think to specify that I wanted these things to be dry cleaned. 5 days later when I picked up the "dry cleaning" I was surprised to find that the cotton sweater was half the size it was when I dropped it off. I went back and Luke was very nice and apologized and said he would get it fixed or find a solution. A week later I went back and the lady at the register was ready for a fight... she said that they followed the instructions on the tag and had a paper attached to the sweater about some law indicating that they are not liable. When I told her we have taken this garment to dry cleaner before and nothing like this happened she kept saying the same thing and got very agitated. My point was I brought it for dry cleaning service not for laundry, she charged me for dry cleaning service... she would not have any of it. Honestly, I can also wash it at home and line dry it. Why would I bring it to them pay them almost $6.00 for something I can do in 3 minutes. I said clearly you are blaming this on me and left. They did not even offer to reimburse for the service for what had happened. Normally I would not take the time to write reviews but this is the worst business I dealt with since I have been at C'ville. I will never go back there and make sure no one I know goes there.
