Sales person sold us furniture with everything detailed in WRITING but called us 2 weeks later to say they made a pricing mistake and undercharged us (even though we were expecting delivery in 4 weeks and our credit card had already been charged). Despite being the store's mistake, our complaints were dismissed without any proposed resolution or compromise - it was pay more or forget it. The owner was not interested in a mutually beneficial solution and was indifferent if he had our business or not. Neededless to say, we canceled the order. We couldn't possibly EVER recommend this place to a friend - unless of course you don't mind your hard-earned dollar being unappreciated. ...read more
