Where else in America can you go and spend $200 on a pair of jeans and have them subject to the same return policy that you would expect at a flea market? You must return the item within 2 weeks. You can't lose your receipt. If you purchased your item with a coupon or on sale, the sale is final. If the item is on sale when you return it, you'll only get the sale price when you return it even if you paid full price and have the receipt to prove it. I don't know if it's just the $80 t-shirts, $100 belts, or $200 jeans, or a if there it is a super selective employee screening process, but JMR seems only to hire young attractive girls of the super snotty variety who act like the return of an item to their store is a personal insult. I will probably never purchase anything at this store again, and will definitely never purchase a gift here again. ...read more
