My son and his wife have been 2 1/2 weeks trying to get their bed delivered which they purchased from Fisher. The salesman never returns call as promised and my grandson is still sleeping on the floor. The only option seems to be to go get their money back and purchase elsewhere. Terrrible!!! worst customer service- can't ever get a hold of manager who the employees told us is who we needed to talk. would leave messages and never get return call. ordered new sectional. waited three months. delivered and it had 8 holes rubbed through on all corners!! they replaced it, then cushion problems....took it into a seamstress person. once again armrest problems....back to the seamstress person two more times. this whole process took around 6 months! also the delivey men banged our walls each time. i showed them and they said it was a hard angle., we moved in just fine with no problem. wouldn't give our money back because it was an order. ...read more
