i had a reservation with the UHAUL at 304 E Ben White, Austin, TX but I didn't realize that not all 2 story storage facilities have freight elevators, some only have stairs. When I found this little fact out, I stated that I wanted to cancel my reservation because we h...ave lots of heavy stuff we don't want to drag up the stairs. All the guy said was "whats your last name? ok thanks, bye. thats it. No -here is your cancel # or anything. He just hung up. A few hours later, I called to confirm the cancel with UHAUL's 800-468-4285, and the rep said that my reservation had not been canceled and he canceled it for me at that time.
