I moved into the neighborhood, and purchased a dryer electrical cable and aluminum duct exhaust hose for a new clothes dryer. But upon receiving the dryer, I realized I didn't need the items I purchased, so I tried to return them but was refused because the time period was over 30 days. Items were new unopened/unused that do not expire (clothes dryer electrical hookup and ductwork), but the manager is extremely super strict on the 30-day return policy. I lost over $40 because of the greed and lack of customer care. Gibsons Weatherford permanently lost a customer for life, and earned this bad review. They also do not honor ACE rewards although they claim to be an ACE hardware store. I highly recommend going to a real ACE hardware, to Home Depot, or Loews (anywhere else) before settling on Gibsons in Weatherford. ...read more
