I was with my previous IT support company for several years but as they grew they became harder to contact (with any urgency, at least), they had so many clients they often left me waiting a day or two or three to work on my issue, and worst of all they became arrogant in their billing department, raising their rates as if they were some powerhouse law firm. --------- Tom Baum's DatCom, LLC. has been a very refreshing change. He has employees who can run out and do simple fixes, but he handles most of our issues. I can handle 80% of our IT issues, but everything else, primarily our network services, are proactivley managed and monitored by Tom.
