I've been busy

Not only I work my virtual office but I also tutor and teach Spanish. I've been busy teaching and tutoring and I quite forgot about this little blog.  I've also been busy doing some translations.  I got these clients through my ad in www.craigslist.com. This made me extremely happy. My ad paid off! I have also decided to change the name of my little business to Atabey Virtual Office. Atabey is a Taino word that means "mother earth." My name is Frank @ Goin' Postal. I know who you are and I explained you about your shipment over the phone.US Post Office delivers express mails next day to major cities and in two days to small towns and remote area.(This is their normal practice in regular season.) USPS, FedEx and UPS have suspended their guaranteed delivery during the holidays season. I can represent you to file a claim if you used FedEx or UPS but you have to claim with USPS. I simply cannot represent you to claim again the USPS. I didn't mention that USPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays. You shipped an express mail on Saturday, 1/17/11 and delivered on Tuesday, 1/20/11 because it was a small town in remote area. It was normal. You just wanted me to refund your money but USPS already charged me and you had to file the claim with USPS to get the money back which you didn't want to do. This is my 6th year in the business serving the community and I believe we have provided great customer service with reasonable price. I always believe that I am in customer satisfaction business, not in shipping or postal service business. I appreciate you gave us an opportunity to serve you.
