All Tex towing has a contract with my apt complex. they come by and tow every once in awhile. they towed my vistor away from a vister parking spot and the vistor had a vistor tag on the dash board. They said it was not on the mirror. They tow truck guy told me " I'll drop it, but it's gonna cost you $100.00". Our contract states they can drop it for a fee of $80.00. They also have a policy that they must wait 10 mins to see if the owner returns, but they don't. while we were out there waiting for the police another tow truck pulled up, a man jumped out ran up to the SUV and was gone in under 1 min. my car broke down off of Valley Hi buy the post office and I called Phil'z to come get it...He is a likeable guy, very respectful and treated my 2000 Kia Sophia(not a great car anymore) like it was a 2010 Camaro. The owner, Jason A. Hart, give horrible customer service. My husband ordered a wheel from him to be shipped to us. When we did not receive it, my husband called Jason, supposedly it had been sent to the wrong address. He promised to send another one out that day, to be received by us the next day. When we still had not received it, my husband again called Jason, he said that he would look it up and call him back. After about an hour, my husband called him, he refused to tell my husband whether it was shipped through, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL, when my husband questioned that, Jason hung up on him. My husband called right back, and asked to speak to the owner or manager, he said he was, and that his name was Jason. Jason then said that he did not know who it was shipped through, and hung up again. My husband called back AGAIN, and Jason told him that he was going to credit his credit card and hung up AGAIN! This time I called, a guy by the name of Mike answered, I asked to speak to the owner, he put Jason on the phone. I asked Jason if he was going to credit the card, and he said he was..I told him to fax me the confirmation that our money had been refunded. He got my information and said,"Tell your husband that it is being delivered, I called the driver and notified him so when you get it, send it back!" and slammed the phone down in my ear. 1- I thought he did not know who it was shipped through, how did he call the driver. 2- If he "notified" the driver, why would he still deliver it? 3- why would he volunteer to refund it, if it had really been shipped? I think he lied to us the entire time.\t\nAlso, the State of Texas made it illegal for any business to operate a credit card machine that prints out the whole card number. His printed our credit card number, and then he faxed it to us....that could have been intercepted by anyone..... I am VERY DISSATISFIED with their level of service. ...read more
