the bumper pull deck over had minimal strength bolts on the bull dog hitch. I had to replace them within months. One bolt broke and I then replaced both bolts with high tensil strength bolts. No more problems. However, the decking was screwed down with only four rows of screw bolts, the decking began warping. I had to add screws to the decking and soon thereafter had to have the boards replaced. The new decking is properly secured with no other problems.
