My appt. was at 11AM with 3 children under 5. Our shoot never started until 1120, then I was finally set up with my photos at 1200. They did not have enough staff and I was never waited to make my order until 1125. However I did not order a single picture. The photographer showed ZERO attention to detail. Laura Assal and Serena are very unprofessional! They sell Scentsy on the side and I have been waiting over a month for my product. I had to wait 2 weeks to find out that there was an error in my order, to make matters worse I'm the one who had to contact them. I waited another 2 weeks to find out that my order still had not arrived with again me contacting them. I have tried contacting them again and I guess their phone is broken because there is no answer. I paid for $50 bucks worth of stuff that I probably will not end up getting...
