Blanquita's... where to begin. Let me start by saying I heard many great things about this restaurant. I was actually very excited when my brother suggested it for lunch; that very excitement rushed out of me the second I sat down. Our waitress gave us the wrong drinks and claimed she "didn't remember" the bottle of salsa I specifically asked for 3 other times, not including the time I asked when we were first seated. The beef in my taco was as dry as the hot Texas sun, and my brother's beans were definitely not cooked all the way. The only thing this place has got going for them is their homemade flour tortillas.
