My parents bought a funeral package to plan their funeral ahead of time. They were told that everything was included (access to funeral home as long as needed even 3am) and not to worry about it. The day came and well, when the contract was brought out we were told that it only covered a basic casket. To use the funeral home would be an additional cost. It also did not cover the hurst to the cemetery. Overall, a horrible experience. For $2000 more you can have a way better funeral from Dignity funeral services. ...read more
