The experience was unthinkable. I went in to print a simple one-page document. I left under the threat of calling the police. I walked in, asked how much it would cost to print a one-page document. "Ten cents plus tax," the woman at the counter said. I asked if she could do debit card for such a small order. "No, just cash." I had a $20 bill. I asked if I could email the document from my phone. She gave me the email address - tx173@postnet.com. Over the next half hour, I attempted to email my document from four different email addresses. The older guy at the computer kept browsing Yahoo News, occasionally refreshing the Inbox. At one point, the woman had to ask the man to check the Inbox. He didn't seem to hear. She asked again. "I didn't know you were talking to me," he said in a frustrated tone, his back turned from us. No luck - nothing in the Inbox. I could feel the tension in the air. I shop here a lot for all my office suppies. Everytime i walk in i am acknowledged with very friendly employees. Anytime i ask the location of a product i am not told but walked to the isle and shown where it is. I am a customer for life at this location...FANTASTIC! ...read more

Took my UPS package to PostNet on Thursday. They said it would not ship until Friday. I had no problem with that. They did not give it to UPS on Friday or Saturday. On Monday it still had not been picked up by UPS. I went there and picked it up on Monday and took it to a real UPS Store. They even told me I did not need to have the Insurance papers signed.
