After finishing up three intense days of our annual 2011 Convention in Ft. Worth, Tx, I wake up completely exhausted and yet exhilarated! Of course a convention is suppose to motivate and inspire you. But pushing aside the entertainment, the speakers and the glitz. It is where Orville&Heidi; Thompson and the staff of our home office continue to do. I think Orville&Heidi Thompson just needed the right "fit" in order to really show their true calling. Innovation is a hidden key within the staff that surrounds them in our playing field. Not only have they broken and expanded our line. But they are in such fields that you would never even think of! Who would of ever thought that we could transition one product into a field that has absolutely nothing to do with our current top rated scents. But they did! And not only the fact that we are breaking into a whole new consumer product arena, we are adding to that of an entire consumer publication with even more in the horizon. There is one key I have found that does not cease to amaze me within the inner dwellings of this company and the product. Even Orville Thompson had questioned in the beginning how Scentsy took off and spread like it did. It was and still is a "virus". Yet it isn't one that brings with it sickness or depression or devastation. It is the complete opposite of all three. It is pure joy, happiness and an open ceiling that every single person can achieve. They do not parade us around with crowns on our heads and show off your "TOP" people in the company. To them the "Top" person is every single person whether you are just starting out or you are the first one. You are the same. Your only achievement is you. This actually brings families together as partners, and so it went "viral". There are just as many if not more customers that love our product because of the images it evokes in your memory from the aromas that you choose as it is a safety factor.
