Very poor customer service! I bought my daughter a pair of ballet slippers there and I was assured that she could try them on and if they did not fit, I could exchange them. They did not fit and when I took them back, the same day I purchased them, I was told they were used and not acceptable for exchange. When I talked to the owner, she was hateful and snotty. These people commit to a high level of service and deliver about 25% of services promised. If you hire them for a gig make sure to get details and specifics in writting. Tina incharge in the office is un-organized and is not on top of things, but then how can she if she is babysitting her kids on the job not to mention the place is always a mess. This lady needs to realize that when hired they are to provided services promised, and that the customer should be content with services pay for, not settle for what they are able to provided. The only positive thing I have to say is the choreographer is a great instructor and the kids are taught to dance at high level. I took my 3 year old daughter there to sign up. I was told she is NOT allowed to be a part of that dance company because she would be wearing a pull up under her leotard. I was absolutely insulted!! Apparently the teacher of the 3 year old class does not have children of her own. Not all kids can be easily potty trained by the age of 3 and we do have certain circumstances in which my daughter was trained and then has backtracked a little bit. However she does not wear a pull to potty in, she only wears it out of the house just in case. This was the teachers dumb reason " If you child needs to potty I cannot have her stopping class to stand there and squat in her pants, if she needs to potty she can ask and we'll let her to go the restroom". So let me get this straight! She cant stop to tinkle but she can leave the class to go? Last time I checked my daughter doesn't stand and squat to potty in her pull up!!!! You are so ignorant. You wouldn't even be able to tell if she had a pull up on. It would be there to prevent an accident and the embarrassment of an accident to occur. These people were so rude to me and my child. I could not believe. I found a wonderful place in El Paso that we're taking our daughter to Pull-Ups and ALL. I could see if she was 4 but she just turned 3 years old!!!!!!! I didn't realize that wearing pull ups was against dancing law! My daughter has been in Ballet and tap since she was 2 years old and I've never been treated in such a way! Get a life, and I promise to tell everyone I know about how mean they were to both me and my child. I will make sure that no one I know goes there for class. I will make it my priority because I deserve respect and so does my child! Shame on you people!
