I have gone to see Dr. Del Villar about two months ago. I first scheduled an appointment and the earliest was about 20 days later on a Friday early morning. I got there on time for my appointment and was asked to pay $120 before seeing the doctor (they called it deposit) and was told that this will be the minimum amount and that after the doctor sees me I could be asked for more. Dr. Del Villar seemed nice person however it took him 5 min. to diagnose me with what I had told him I think I have. Anyway, he toke us with his secretary to schedule an appointment with other Doctor for surgery. His secretary attempted once to call but the other doctor was busy so she asked us (me and my wife) if it is fin to call us back with the appointment later that day. Not until Tuesday afternoon that we heard back from them with the appointment. A month later I received a bill stating that I owe $51 for “Expanded Prob Focus”. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE. they cut off services to my son too, the supervisor rebecca did not even take the time to call me and let me know what was going on, when i called them to know at what time they were gonna pick up my son, she told me that they cut off the services for my son.
