If One Hour tries to tell you that a service call will only be $49, don't believe them. A technician came over to find that a circuit breaker had been tripped on our AC unit. The technician did 10 minutes worth of trouble shooting and walked around to the other side of the house to flip a switch that ended up solving the problem. The technician called his manager to ask how much he should charged for such a simple fix, and was told $140. I would like to know how $49 goes to $140 for no parts and about 15 minutes worth of labor?I feel that this is unethical business practices, and I will never call this company to repair anything ever again. ...read more
