Coover & Coover

I choose Ann Coover to handel my divorce. She told me that the most I could expect from my husband was 500 dollars per month for three years. she got me five. I paid her 3,000 dollars for the divorce. She asked me if Jerry had money. I had been so tortured and hurt that I did not know. She did not tell me my rights to half or offer to help me. She wanted to work as little as possible for her flat rate divorce. Jerry and I have a disabled daughter. He abused me and took my earned teacher wages for 14 years that I worked and lied with him. He hurt my little girl. I am old now (a72) and alone working and strugeling to support my sick daughter. He is throwing money at a gold digger. We lived in poverty all my working years while he hoarded. The money was invested at large interest rates about 8 percent. It is now more than a million. He fraudulently hid this money from me. I didn't add up my loss. I trusted him. I want to claim fraud and get the law to help me force him to help the disabled daughter that he neglected and abused. I was told by Ann that 10 years made it too late. ...read more

I was given $400 back. With a reciept charging me for phonecalls, faxes, emails, petition filing fees and 2 hrs of work at $300 an hour. At the time, I didnt know anything about the State Bar of Texas and the Greivence department. It was an expensive lesson learned. I hope the residents in North Dakota, read this... save money, money, money, and time. DO NOT HIRE this woman. She will take you for a ride grab you by the jugular and choke you dry.No communication or feedback on your case status. Once you hire her you wait till she makes time and makes more money off of you.She is rude to clients as well as rude to her staff. Not to mention the unsanitary office atmosphere with 4 cats running around and smelling up the place.Should of listened to my friends and gone with my first choice. remember once she hooks you, its at her will.............VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ...read more
