Ray built our boathouse in 2011 and we are more than pleased with the results. The quality of his attention to detail is what makes for a great looking structure. He can drive pilings straighter and in a straighter row that anyone on the lake. This is important so as to not add stress to the pilings and upper structure. Ray is a very good person to work with as he returns calls (something I cannot say about some other contractors) and his word is good. His estimates are good and no over-runs that are so common with others. He is very flexible with suggestions and in very knowledgeable about what is required. He will drive pilings deeper where needed and not shortcut anything. His attention to small details makes the finished projects so much nicer.
