If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I have been trying to get the owner to return my emails and phone calls for nearly 10 months. They installed a new landscaping bed in the front of my house last June. I was told that they guaranteed their work and that they would replace plants that died. Well, stuff started dyeing a month later, and I have been trying to get them to come out to replace since then. Not only has the owner not bothered to return any of MY emails or phone calls, but she did not respond to the Better Business Bureau's attempts to contact her on my behalf. I highly recommend calling HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler if you live anywhere in Tarrant Countyy - They are Professional, Know What they are Doing and Their Prices are Fair and the Work is Top Notch! My friend at work suggested I call Fred Smith - Master Plumber of HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler. He has been in business over 30 years and is the Best Plumber I have ever had come to my home. The lady on the phone was nice and sent the plumbers to my house on time! Fred came himself with another plumber and they cleaned my clogged drain with a Great Machine that was strong enough to cut all the roots in my line that had been giving me drain problems for years! They also made repairs to my sprinkler system and sprinkler controller box. I did not have any other plumbing problems that day, but when I do - I will call HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler.
