Of course everyone knows that after rainy day everyone gets a car wash, I pass by Hallmark car wash on a Friday morning they were packed car line waiting out to the street. I went through the automated car wash and some of the equipment dropped on the back of my car while doing a pass, and scratched and dented it. Email posted at site does not work. I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to give no star. My daughters car went through there 2/25/2010 only to have a hole punctured in her transmission pan, losing all the fluid. $457.32 later they will not accept responsibility for the incident. We went a round with the manager Hal about the matter with no luck. He refused to give us the owners name and contact number. We finally obtained the number from a younglady at the front desk to the home office, where we talked to Victor with no success there either. The gentleman at the car dealership where my daughters car was repaired even spoke to the manager Hal about the situation, cleaned up the old pan for us to bring by for Hal to see with his own eyes, yep you guessed, still didn't work. We are going to move forward with our complaint to either small claims or consult a Lawyer. We were there a few months ago when a customer had their GPS system stolen out of their vehicle. Not satisfied with equipment in the auto wash section, again. Drove into wash after depositing six bucks and the wash did not work. I am giving one star because the man on duty gave me a refund. I went into the other hands on section and washed my van. There should have been a barricade to prevent attempts to use the wash. If someone hadn't been there I would have lost money.
