Reviews about Tuesday Morning
Terrible Return Policy
My wife loved Tuesday Morning and shopped their regularly, until she made a return over 45 days old. Must be a new policy, but we were shocked to learn that TM's new policy only refunds to the current sale price, even if you have a receipt which we did. Basically, they pocketed about $80 from us. I've returned items to Nordstrom, Home Depot, Costco, Bed Bath at over a year and still get a full price store credit, receipt of not. Those are businesses who care about their customers.\n\nMy wife is livid and will not be going back, ever. This is a short-sided policy and TM will lose more customers because of it. If you always return promptly (which my wife usually does), you'll never notice it, but otherwise, they will take a profit on your mistake.
