POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I'm well aware that plumbers cost an arm and a leg, and with that, I would expect some decent treatment. The plumber that came to my home today was uncommunicative about what he did, and left my home without one word. Mary, I believe, who said she owns the business, w...as very rude to me on the phone when I called to speak with Mike. She would not patch me through to his voicemail, saying she owned the company. If you are looking to be treated decently, I would recommend staying away from Tritz.
