I would LOVE to THANK YOU ALL there... I'm not sure who I talked to today (Friday; Jan. 7th) from the office but she is amazing!!!!! I guess I should of told you who I am.. My name is Tammy and I called earlier today about a friend of our's who didn't have any heat what so ever. We called Tri Star to see what the limit was on ordering and who we could turn to for help. The woman that answered the phone couldn't be any kinder. I'd have to say she's been an Angel to us. After making many phone calls today and looking for help and hitting so many stone walls we finally got help... CFC is helping our friend. They contacted your office today but got an answering machine and left a message for delivery for our friend. Her name is Kerry . She lives in Assonet, Ma... It saddens me that places like the Salvation Army set guidelines stating that anyone who makes UNDER $30,570 a year they CAN NOT HELP.How sad is that? The girl did offer free food though. a nic

Tri Star Oil have it all together. From Melissa running the office and keeping the paperwork flowing and all scheduling tasks. Took care of all the information needed for the rebates to NSTAR. Mailed it back to me in 3 days! Tony has been able to keep my old boiler operational till I could afford to change it. A year ago he said it wouldn't last much longer and he was right. The boiler died. The professional service and installation I received when Tony and Jeff put my new boiler in. Quoted me a price, gave me a more expensive unit and ate the extra cost!! Set my boiler up in the time frame alotted. Redid my zone piping! Now it really looks like a professional install compared to what I had. Cleaned up after themselves. You just don't see this type of service today! Only from TRI STAR OIL!! This boiler is soooo quite, The house heats up faster, Peace of mind. That's TRI STAR OIL!!!! I recomend this company to anyone who needs oil. a new heating system, water heater or AC

I am so pleased to have worked with you on the installation of my heating system. You couldn't ask for nicer company. Very friendly and helpful. I feel like I am one of the family. Great company!!!

This company went beyond the call of duty to help us. Our furnace was out and it was below freezing weather. Tony arrived shortly after our call and checked out the whole system. It ended up being an electrical problem that we were able to rectify later that afternoon with an electrician. Tri Star Heating did not even charge us for this service call because it was electrical, but we know that they had every right to at least charge for the visit! While Tony was here,he also gave us information on the best way to update our system and take care of our future needs. It's not often you find such a community service company with a "caring" attitude! Thanks again!!!

Knowing these people in a professional manner as i do in realatsate I have not met a more likeable, trustworthy, reliable group of hard working people in a company than these.
