I recently purchased a used '07 Suburban from my local dealer. Soon after, I took my vehicle and 3 small children to Portland for the weekend, where I found myself needing a new fuel pump. I called 2 other Chevy dealers first and got "sorry, ma'ams, can't help you until at least Monday" before a guy from Les Schwabb referred me to "service" at T&C. NOT ONLY did Dave rescue me from being stranded at a hotel all weekend with children, Chevy towed my vehicle directly to him, someone else picked me up to get a rental, and he fixed my warranty issue in ONE day, which also happened to be a Friday. I was so impressed with Dave's speed, concern for my safety, and the quality of Dave's customer service that I actually hugged him when I got to the dealership. Dave also caught a factory recall that was missed when I purchased the vehicle and handled that as well. You are in GREAT hands with Dave at T&C in Milwaukie, OR. I definitely drove home happy.
