Talbott is a town in Hamblen and Jefferson Counties in the eastern part of Tennessee, known for the Smoky Mountains. Jefferson County is a major employer in this predominantly rural area. Near Talbott, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, featuring rolling hills and caverns, is a major attraction.
