house built in 2003 had to replace roof because it was not installed properly. plumbing in downstairs bathroom not installed properly either. Had to tear bathroom out and re-do. Then a person that has lived in this neighborhood at the very beginning of it said the workers placed all the trash in a big hole then covered it with dirt. We bought a home from waldron and sons febuary 2008. They never did a walk through to show us where all the different manuals were and go over appliances and mantaince. When i called to have many things fixed with the house they never would get back to me. ie. pluming backwards, wireing wrong, gas fireplace logs didnt work, railing pulling away from the house and a few others. Also we are trying to refi our house and the builder is refusing to sign paper work. I would never suggest buying or refer them to anyone!!! ...read more
