Hello, I work for a company that uses Safe T systems for our alarm system and we have had the same alarm malfunction for going on three weeks. I am a security guard at this particular property and I work over night. Each night for three weeks I have had to get up every fifteen minutes to silence the alarm because of the malfunction. I have even had to send the fire dept. packing on a false alarm because of it. We have had a Safe T systems technician come out three times to attempt to fix the issue and apparently they have no idea what the hell they are doin. Each time the tech. has not been able to figure out the source of the problem even though the pad clearly states where and what the problem is. they are a horrible safety company and their technicians are absolutely clueless as to how to fix their own systems.
