I recently opened a business in the Chattanooga area and how a colleague set me up with another company that does lighted business signs. Well after things were coming together someone mentioned this place out in East Ridge. Went down there and talked to Shane and he not only got the job done cheaper, they did an amazing job and got it done faster than expected! I have nothing but negative sentiment for you and your company, Kevin. I will never refer business, and I will do my best to make sure I can share the word of my experience. 14 days past due on our order, the print job on the shirts is terrible (splotched ink, faded ink, numbers and letters horrible), colors aren't the same on ALL of the shirts, no customer support (won't return email or answer calls), no integrity (said next day shipping, and sent 3-4 day Priority), and to top it off...the package arrived with POSTAGE DUE of $5.
