Here at Tipton's, we pride ourselves on the use of the finest ingredients to cook our award winning BBQ. We only use the whole shoulder, the picnic gives you the most flavor. Our chicken is raised here in North Carolina and our use of select Hickory and Fruit wood give... our barbecue its unique flavor. In the true Lexington Style, we serve our shoulder simply, with our secret "Dip" poured over it. Add one of our 3 table sauces to it if you wish: "Sweet and Smokey", "Smoke and Spice", or our eastern style vinegar sauce: "Tip's Vin"

LOVE THE FOOD, BUT REALLY HOLD OFF ON CLEANING TIL PEOPLE LEAVE. WAS AT YOUR RESTAURANT OVER THE WEEKEND WHEN THE YOUNG MAN TOOK A BOTTLE OF WINDOW CLEANER AND STARTED CLEANING THE GLASS ON THE SALAD BAR, PROBLEM WAS THE SALAD STUFF WAS STILL IN IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY WISH I COULD HAVE ATE MY SALAD WELL MAYBE NEXT TIME, HOPE HE'S NOT WORKING
Tipton's Hamburgers
The best darn hamburger I've ever had. Personal favorite is the Big Sloppy - you MUST get it medium-rare to really enjoy this treat. The meat melts in your mouth the way a good burger should. These cooks deserve tips and Xmas gifts!
