Erin B - Service is very disappointing
On Thursday morning, I shipped a package 2-day air to SF and was told it would was guaranteed for delivery on Saturday. Later, I learned UPS doesn't even deliver on Saturday, and that the package wouldn't be delivered until the following week - the same day it would have been delivered via ground shipping. If I had known that, I would have just sent it via ground and wouldn't have paid the premium for air shipping. I was told there was nothing they could do and they couldn't give a refund. Disappointing. Saved. Thanks!
