Can't stop singing their praises...have done a wonderful job in the past and this last cleaning was no different. Have referred them to my mom, neighbors and friends. Professional, know what they're doing, can almost read my mind on what I want done, they just do it without having to be asked. They called me the day before my appointment and called me as they were on their way (good thing, I had an emergency and had my husband stay and wait). They send a thank you card after every time we use them. Carpets look new again, we are very, very pleased with their exceptional work. James is the best, so friendly, polite and looks like he loves what he does. Excellent level of service and quality of work. Attention to detail, pride in doing an excellent job and delivering service that was promised. There are most likely cheaper coupon companies out there, but through my experience, you get what you pay for. We received a good value and got the better end of the deal using this company. This is who we refer to friends and neighbors. We will certainly use them again in the future.
