The Spa At The Glen

Once you step foot inside the GlenIvy, you'd never imagine you were still at the mall. The atmopshere was very serene. I usually find instant relaxation once I'm greeted, however, the receptionist was less than cordial. They had misspelled our last name when taking the reservation and tried to make it seem like we had made the mistake. Once she found us, her whole attitude shifted towards pleasantries. Everyone else who worked here was respectful and caring. I wished I had allowed more time in my schedule so I could have endulged in the sauna or the hot tub. There's always next time, right? Overall it was another great day trying a new spa!
