How the Mad hatter Leather Shop Started in Kalamazoo

I have been working with leather for over 35 years now. I apprenticed with a master leather worker, Benjamin, in Boston in 1971. He was a fantastic teacher. I loved the work throwing myself into learning all I could. After 3 months he landed a contract with a publishing company to write a book on leather tailoring.
