I like the friendly customer service here, that and that they pay a fair rate for the items I've brought in. I've brought in a couple of bracelets and a few rings over the past year and always got a fair price for them.

Legitimate buyers offering great prices in today's market. I couldn't find anyone who was willing to give me what I knew my ring was worth. I took the deal and am happy that I did! Everybody wants to rip you off nowadays, but it's nice to know there are still some real businesses out there who care about customer satisfaction.
