Team Manager? WHO?

I have used The Escrow Group for many transactions, and I have to say for the most part, the Escrow Officers and most of the staff are tremendous. REO transactions are not the norm, and I understand that. However, on numerous occasions I have had to attempt to contact the "Team Manager" for Freddie Mac. His name is Jeremiah Gallardo. On almost every occasion, Jeremiah has never responded to any of my emails. I wonder if he exists? On one occasion it was apparent he had better things to do, or couldn't help me so he pawned me off on the Officer, who was very helpful. Jeremiah stinks, is non-responsive, and has never been helpful. Has he ever done escrow before? Overall, I would advise the owners to get a new Team Manager.

I will never use this Escrow company again !!!

They are unprofessional, inefficient and charging too much for their service. This company was chosed by REO bank so, we had no choice but use them as our Escrow company for a purchase transaction. They are so slow and not following up the conditions right away so our closing delayed due to this company. After close of escrow, they held our funds not sending our checks (2 checks) due to us and giving us all kinds of excuses to hold the funds in the bank account. I was very upset about the escrow officer who was in charge of our file and their assistants who didn't know that they're doing. I will NEVER use this company again. It was a terribel experience !
