Ugh!
Bad Business ethics here!!! When told the scrap coins in the buckets go for say...10x1 and you choose a few, they should be tallied and your total multiplied by 10 right??? right. But when the owner scrutinizes the coins you picked, with a loop, then opens up the grey s...heet and quotes you a price that doesn't jibe with 10x1, it's a further demonstration of BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. What your doing is sneakily getting free labor from the customers having them separate your coins. This business doesn't care about customers, they care about money. They don't care about good PR, they care about money. They don't care about customer relations, they care about money. They don't care about promoting the hobby, they care about money. They don't care about the little guy, they care about money. They don't care about business ethics, they care about money. They don't care about you, they care about money.

I'm a believer in good customer service. This place does NOT have that at all. I was very disappointed! Very rude. Avoid going here, there are plenty of others that will love to have your business!
