Updates & tips from The Carabinieri Bar
Community Outer Court
Community gets together for local music, dance, BBQ, art, and art projects. Fridays June 19-Aug. 2http://www.myspace.com/reggiemiles@ The Carabinieri Bar on Third Street in Marysville.
June 19 Friday
Reggie Miles "AN AMERICAN PRIMITIVE" (JW Weiss)
7pm
Reggie fuses the influences of Leadbelly, McTell, Charley Patton, all those old blues and ragtime authors, with original songs and those of musical acquaintances. The intensity and excitement he generates reflects the raw emotion of the rural Delta blues that rocked the juke joints of the twenties and thirties. Combine Reggie's powerful vocals and hand-built *resophonic slide guitar bottle-neckin' with the rhythmic huffs and moans of his harmonica and
you've got a recipe for foot stompin'.

also J 8pm DarkHorse Band
Dark Horse Band has been around the seattle area in one way or another since the 70''s. Some of the players are still giggin'' and we are fortunate enough to have the drummer of this band as our neighbor. Keith Backman is currently teaching drum lessons at Cascade Music just down the road.
Also a special guest appearance by Mickey the Miniature horse. Veteran Horse trainer Kim McClelland brings her friend "Mickey" to the stage. Kim also trains adults and kids to ride and understand their horse

Overpriced & cold
Prices are crazy compared to other espresso stands in town, more like Starbucks. Hot drinks are served lukewarm at best. And don't dare complain about a poorly crafted drink or service on their Facebook, or the barista will harass you online. Scary. Stay away from this place.
i love coffee
this is the best coffee in town my personal fav snikers shake jamie
Fun
I love this coffee stand. It is the best one ever. I live in Mount Vernon and whenever I am in town I stop and get coffee. The staff is friendly and they get to know their customers! Wonderful!
Jewel of a Find
You are a jewel of a find, like the "hole in the wall" destination eatery. Everything is made daily, and all the ingredients are fresh. My turkey croissant was amazing, i could tell that everything was cut by hand and not a machine....and those strawberry Protein shakes...!!! excellent! I really don't get the flavor intensity from other places. you are the best! How can I get one of those orange hats?
