We offer a wide variety of services including Racquetball, Handball, Squash, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Boxing, Corporate Wellness Program, Group Exercise classes (Muscle Works, Yoga, Zumba, Core, Cycling, Water Aerobics etc.,) Personal Training, Boot Camp, Massage Therapy and Spa Services including female and male full body waxing, facials, acne clearing facials, Micro Treatments, Swedish Massage and Eyelash enhancement. We have a full-service cafe and bar serving healthy food and smoothies. Our locker rooms are full service with private Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam and cold plunge and we provide everything you need to get cleaned up and back to work or play.
