I had pulled my child from this daycare due to the staff not having the children their #1 focus. Ive showed up many times to pick up my child, or my husband and staff was on their cell phones, etc. Often times when asked a question about my childs care for the day, they would respond back to a "im not sure". There are also staff members who highly gossip about the owner and other childrens parents, etc. This i thought was very innapropriate and confidential.

If u do your research you will find this to be the cleanest, safest place for your child When i first moved to the area i checked out all the daycares I could and Teach N Care was definately my #1 choice. My kids have always been well cared for younger and older and the staff will talk with you about any concerns. If looking for care i recommend you check them out.............

My child recently got done here, I am a very concerned parent not only for my child but for the other children. My daughter was so neglected that she sat in her diaper full of stool for over an hour due to having 1 staff member by her self for multiple multiple children including infants. The outcome was a bright red bottom with blisters covering my daughters bottom. The owner is never there, and she doesnt like confrontation. After hearing multiple issues that went on at the daycare enough was enough. I told them she would not be there the following week and i was not going to pay them 130 for her not being there and especially being neglected. The owner did not even show a concern for what happened to my daughter, instead she demanded money for the following week. It was so bad we took pictures to show the State for proof. I would not recommend this daycare at all. They are illegally understaffed for child to staff ratios. The owner only cares about the money you put in her pocket.
