Oh year did I fell to tell u that the graco duo stroller was never used and still in the box.....

Target store policy SUCK...Target does not value its customers only their dollars....0 for ratings

The only reason I gave the store 1 star is because there was not an option for 0...I give target store 353 a thumbs down for customer satisfaction and their store policy a thumbs down as well....I purchased a graco duo stroller April 6/09...I purchased the stroller before my child was born....well to make a long story short...I did not need the stroller so I wanted to return it...I contacted the store manager and he Justin said it was too late because my receipt expired on 7/05/09 and it would be just like rturning the item without one...All he can do is give me 75.00..I explained to him that I did not want cash but I wld take a merchandise credit for the 139.99..he said no gave me a 1800 for corporate ...and I spoke with them as well who also said NO....and tht their policy is very strict...I understand that they have a policy but in todays economy 139.99 is alot to lose...half of us are barely surviving now...I know that I am just 1 many customers....but I will not shop target again
