Take a trip into holiday wonderland. Tannenbaum Christmas Shop, located in Omaha’s historic Old Market arts & entertainment district, is holiday décor you’ll adore.

Tannenbaum celebrates Christmas throughout the year and also other holidays including St. Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, the patriotic holidays, Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Tannenbaum is a Department 56 Gold Key dealer and Omaha's Department 56 Village headquarters with more buildings & accessories available than anywhere else in the area.

More Than Just Ornaments

This store looks like it's small, but it's one of the biggest Christmas shops I've been in. I liked that they had a good variety of merchandise and not just ornaments as many Christmas shops have. They have plenty of decor items, nativity sets, and tons of ornaments. It would be hard to think there's something related to Christmas that they don't have.\t\n\t\nI also found small sections for other holidays: Easter, Halloween and Thanksgiving. Prices were lower than other Christmas shops and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful. When I asked if they had more of a particular item, they looked it up in the inventory and found there were many more. They roamed the store and the basement warehouse twice trying to find the additional pieces. In the end they couldn't be located but it was not for lack of trying. \t\n\t\nI ended up purchasing several items, none of which were ornaments.
